Refund Policy

We wants you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we hope you’ll love everything, but understand if you need to make a return. We are proud to offer exchanges or returns within 30 days of the purchase date.

1、Returns (if applicable)

We accept the return of products. To return a product, please send us an email within 14 days of receiving the items at

(1)Return eligible

All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed original packaging, including all labels and packaging materials.
There must be no pet hair, stains, odors, or other product damage.
Any product that has been used or washed is not eligible for return.
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the date of purchase.
If the original order had shipping charges, the original shipping cost is not refundable.
If the product is returned or exchanged due to product quality problems, the customer doesn’t need to pay the return shipping costs incurred.
If you initiate a return or exchange for other reasons, you must pay the return shipping costs incurred.
Returns will receive a refund in the original form of payment.
Orders may not be purchased as a clearance, final sale, or another restricted sale type as described on the website.
Returns may take up to 30 days to process.
No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

(2)Exceptions/non-returnable

Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items, custom-made items, and personal care items.
We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

(3)Defective and damaged items

If any of your items arrive damaged or defective, you may contact us for assistance within 30 days of the date of purchase.

2、Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via the original payment method., and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days.
The refund process can take up to 2 weeks to verify.

3、Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you have not received the refund, first check your bank account again and confirm with your bank, contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially announced. There is usually some processing time before the refund is credited. If you have done all of this, but you still have not received your refund, please contact us at

4、If you apply for a replacement, please provide the following information

(1)Please provide the correct delivery address, name, and email/phone number. If the address entered is incorrect or incomplete,we will not responsible for replacing the product.

(2) You also need to ensure that the delivery address entered is safe. We cannot bear the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we find your lost packages.

(3) If the package is returned in the form of “undeliverable” or “insufficient quantity” or “wrong address”, we will charge the purchaser for the delivery of the package to its correct destination.
